Headquarters: McLean, VA URL: https://www.yokoco.com/ We’re seeking a Front-End Developer who wants to make the world a better place through clean code, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a genuine love of building great websites. This isn’t just about turning designs into code, it’s about translating ideas into experiences, solving problems along the way, and taking pride in the details that make a site feel right. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the craft of front-end development, cares about doing things the right way, and is always looking for a better, more efficient way to build. Why work at Yoko Co? Do good, better: We exclusively serve clients who make a positive impact on the world. This is your chance to build things that help create a better place for all of us. 4-day flex week and lots of holidays. Mondays are flex days, meaning you’re free to take them off if you’re caught up on your work. Plus, we’re closed for nearly a full week at Thanksgiving (November), and two weeks at the end of the year, plus a bunch of other days, too. High performance, no jerks. You’ll collaborate with good people who believe in doing great work. Best Place to Work (and that’s not just our opinion). We’ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Inc. 5000 and Washington Business Journal. We value team members who are motivated by our mission and driven to make a positive impact. If you have a passion for excellence, a growth mindset, and a commitment to collaboration, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do: As part of our development team, you’ll build websites and features from design references, turning Figma files into clean, maintainable, production-ready code. Our primary stack is built on Gutenberg block themes, so you’ll spend most of your time there, though you may also work on traditional WordPress themes and, occasionally, other page builders. Build websites and site features from design references, using industry-standard code and best practices Develop and

Hey, I'm Yannic, co-founder of agencro, a CRO and direct-response agency for e-commerce brands: advertorials, landing pages, online shops and email for our clients - plus our own brands, where we also run paid ads ourselves. We work AI-first: AI produces the volume, a small team with real taste directs and finishes it. Small remote team, short paths, your work goes live fast. Our work runs on landing pages, advertorials, online shops and A/B tests. This role owns the technical side of that: you build and maintain what the team ships, and you bring AI into the daily workflow. We are not looking for a narrow specialist. What matters is broad tech and AI understanding - someone who can move across page builders, Shopify, code and AI tools and reliably get things live. Tasks Build pages: landing pages, advertorials and funnels - in page builders (e.g. LanderLab) and directly in HTML/CSS/JS. Shopify: theme edits, sections and storefront changes for our client shops and own brands - a core part of the job. A/B tests: set up test variants cleanly and QA them before they go live. Work AI-first: AI coding tools and LLM workflows are your default way of building - broad understanding beats memorized syntax. Keep things running: bugs, small feature requests, technical QA - reliably and without drama. Requirements Who we're NOT looking for Narrow specialists who only know one builder or one framework. AI sceptics. AI tools are the default here, not a gimmick. People who need a full spec for every small task. Who we ARE looking for Solid web fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) and comfort with APIs. Shopify experience (themes/Liquid) - important, not optional. Broad tech and AI understanding: you use AI coding tools daily and figure new things out on your own. You work cleanly with Git/GitHub. Reliable and self-managing: you deliver what you commit to, and you communicate clearly. Nice to have Tracking and analytics setup (pixels, events) - or the code knowledge to figure it out. Experie
