Our mission We're making Africa the first cashless continent. In 2017, over half the population in Sub-Saharan Africa had no bank account. That's for good reason—the fees are too high, the closest branch can be miles away, and nobody takes cards. Without access to financial institutions, people are forced to keep their savings under the mattress. Small business owners rely on lenders who charge extortionate rates. Parents spend hours waiting in line to pay school fees in cash. We're solving this by building financial services that just work: no account fees, instantly available, and accepted everywhere. In places where electricity, water and roads don't always work, you can still send money with Wave. In 2017, we launched a mobile app in Senegal for cash deposit, withdrawal, and peer-to-peer and business payments. Now, we have millions of users across 9 countries and are growing fast. Our goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that's where you come in... How you'll help us achieve it We're looking for a Sr Endpoint Engineer who's excited about consolidating and updating legacy systems with an eye for automation. You'll be responsible for the MDM platforms, endpoint policies, device deployment pipelines, and fleet tooling that underpin how every employee at Wave interacts with their device. This role blends architectural ownership with hands-on execution, requiring you to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant endpoint solutions in a fast growth environment. You'll own the endpoint function end-to-end: platform and policy design, provisioning standards, fleet reporting, and security integration. You'll work closely with Information Security, IT, and People Operations, and you'll be the person who sets the technical direction for how Wave manages devices at scale. The first year will be weighted toward remediation and foundation-building before shifting toward automation and scale. Candidates who have built in scrappy, high-complexity environments

About the Role We're an early-stage, Munich-based startup building an AI-powered digital assistant for B2B sales teams. Our product automates the administrative burden of sales work — from meeting preparation and real-time note-taking (without audio recording, fully GDPR-compliant) to CRM updates and follow-up management — so sales professionals can focus on what they do best: selling. Our engineering team is small and moving fast. We're building a true multi-platform product: a React Web App , an Electron Desktop Client , a Swift Mobile App , and two backend services. As an Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) , you'll work side-by-side with founding engineers from the very beginning — learning deeply, contributing meaningfully, and growing quickly as you take on increasing responsibility. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. What You'll Do Learn from and support founding engineers on real, high-impact product work. Contribute to core features across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and backend services. Receive direct mentorship from senior technical leaders. Participate in product and architecture discussions from day one. Take on greater ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate your strengths. What We're Looking For Required: Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React . Strongly preferred: Demonstrable experience in one or more of: mobile ( Swift ), desktop ( Electron/React ), or Web ( React/Node.js , REST/WebSockets). Proven track record delivering features that span multiple platforms (Web, Desktop Electron/React, and Mobile Swift) within a single product. Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI/CD pipelines. Experience participating in early-stage product discussions and influencing architectural or technical decisions. Active contributor to open-source projects, or a strong portfolio of side projects and extracurricular technical initiative. Strong CS fundamentals; a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relate

About the Role Join a lean, four-person engineering team at a fast-growing Series A fintech startup building an AI-powered investing platform targeted at the next generation of investors. With millions of downloads and a rapidly scaling user base, this is a high-ownership, hands-on role at a critical inflection point in the company's growth. You'll own the technical foundation across iOS, Node.js backend services, and AWS infrastructure — reporting directly to the Head of Engineering from our New York City office . Visa sponsorship is available. What You'll Do Lead deep investigations into complex production issues spanning iOS, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. Perform root-cause analysis across API layers, async workflows, data models, third-party integrations, and infrastructure. Improve backend service reliability, correctness, and performance in Node.js and TypeScript . Optimize MongoDB queries, indexes, and data access patterns for performance at scale. Strengthen AWS infrastructure stability across Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, deployments, and monitoring. Improve observability using structured logging, metrics, and CloudWatch. Reduce recurring bug classes by improving validation layers, error handling, and system boundaries. Strengthen CI/CD and release processes to reduce production risk. Build internal tools and scripts that improve debugging efficiency and engineering velocity. Partner closely with product and engineering to drive platform-level improvements. What We're Looking For Required: 3–7+ years of engineering experience, including time at a startup and exposure to systems at scale. About the Role A Y Combinator-backed consumer wearable AI startup is hiring a Founding Full-Stack iOS Engineer to own the company's companion iOS app from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, founding-team role at the intersection of consumer hardware, real-time AI inference, and emotional intelligence. The company is building a first-of-its-kind wearable that reads and interprets a user's emotional state in real time — think a fitness tracker, but for your emotions and cognitive performance. You'll be the primary builder of the consumer-facing mobile experience, translating sophisticated AI model outputs (energy, mood, focus signals derived from audio and biometric data) into intuitive, beautiful interfaces. This role comes with significant equity upside and a clear path to leading mobile engineering as the company scales. The team is distributed, with presence in San Francisco and London . This role is based in London , with flexibility for hybrid or remote working arrangements. What You'll Do Own the companion iOS app end-to-end — architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing iteration. Surface real-time emotional-state outputs from the company's proprietary AI inference model through clean, intuitive app interfaces. Build and ship a polished, consumer-grade mobile experience that meets high product and design standards. Integrate backend APIs covering authentication, data sync, and data models. Make autonomous technical decisions as a founding engineer, setting patterns and standards for the mobile codebase. Collaborate across time zones with a small, fast-moving distributed team. What We're Looking For Required: 3+ years of professional iOS development experience with Swift , with a proven track record of shipping production-ready, consumer iOS apps. Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of mobile features — from concept through release and ongoing maintenance. Strong full-stack capabilities including mobile app development and backend API integration. Exp
