We are looking for an AI person with a marketing background. About MultiBase MultiBase is a Business Intelligence and Analytics consultancy with 35 years of experience guiding mid-sized companies in the DACH region to turn data into profit. MultiBase's 1,500+ projects. 400+ clients. Serving the DACH region since 1991. Our audience: CFOs and Heads of Controlling. We are at an inflection point: shifting from traditional BI consulting to an AI-accelerated, IP-driven business built on our proprietary DECIDE framework. AI is not a tool here. It is an operational layer. Our founder creates the content and sets the strategy. Our AI agents write the copy. What is missing is the person who makes the whole machine run. Tasks The Role You are the production and distribution engine of our marketing. Content direction and strategy come from the founder. Your job is to make that machine run at scale - and improve it as you go. You report to the management. You will not be managed day-to-day, but you have a clear escalation path when a decision needs to be made. You interpret a brief correctly the first time, deliver without back-and-forth, and raise problems before anyone asks. Concretely: Own and run the marketing digital workforce: build, deploy, monitor, and improve AI agents and automated workflows across marketing and business development Own the content calendar and the full publishing operation: YouTube uploads (titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnail briefings), LinkedIn scheduling, newsletter dispatch via our CRM. Zero missed publish dates Build automations that remove manual steps from our workflows (agentic platforms, CRM automations, API integrations), so the human time required in marketing goes down, not up Coordinate video production timelines with our editor and manage as
