The role combines application engineering with infrastructure ownership: building services, APIs, automation and internal tools, while also running cloud infrastructure, deployments, observability and production operations. The ideal profile is a strong fullstack or backend engineer, preferably TypeScript-heavy, with hands-on depth in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, containers, networking, permissions, secrets and observability. With modern AI and LLM tooling, repetitive engineering, infrastructure, debugging and automation work can be accelerated dramatically. We expect someone who uses AI-native workflows to investigate in parallel, generate and validate infrastructure changes, and support teams with high-quality execution. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a builder who can move across the full delivery chain: application code, infrastructure code, deployment, runtime configuration and production troubleshooting. You should be someone who: Builds application software and owns the infrastructure behind it Uses AI as a default development and troubleshooting workflow Cares about reliability, security, automation, observability and maintainability Chooses simple solutions, owns outcomes, and verifies aggressively Your tasks Fullstack Engineering: Build services, APIs, scripts, automation, internal tools and lightweight frontend functionality where useful, mainly in TypeScript Infrastructure & Cloud Setup: Use IaC, ideally AWS CDK, to build pragmatic cloud patterns across containers, databases, queues, storage, networking, DNS, secrets and runtime configuration ECS Fargate Operations: Deploy and troubleshoot ECS Fargate workloads, including task definitions, services, load balancers, IAM roles, logs, scaling and

Flower Labs GmbH · JobRemote57y ago

Do you want to push the boundaries of what frontier AI models can be? Join as one of the founding members of the Flower Frontier Model Team, a new group at Flower Labs charged with building category-defining models that blend the bleeding-edge in existing practices together with Flower’s pioneering decentralized learning methods . This is a fundamentally different direction than the one vanilla frontier labs are taking, one that not only eases the path to GPU scaling but also unlocks new data silos currently unable to be leveraged for frontier model training. We will ship models with superhuman capabilities in domains spanning science, health, finance, drug discovery, and more. This is an opportunity to help invent and build the training paradigms that will define the next decade of AI, and to work on technologies that others will study, emulate, and build upon. About the Role (Preference given to candidates with post-training expertise. But any talented individual with a track record of exceptional drive and determination are encouraged to apply regardless of prior experience.) As a founding Research Engineer in this new team, you will play a critical role in building SOTA LLMs and foundation models within a small, high-impact team composed of contributors that have a mix of both research and engineering backgrounds. This role will provide the opportunity to shape every part of the scientific foundation of our frontier models. You’ll be deeply hands-on, turning your best ideas into working systems and collaborating with the team to scale the approaches that prove most effective. The methods you develop will be used to produce world-leading models that are open-sourced and integrated into new Flower Lab products. We expect you to bring to the team creativity, balanced against systematic experiments, and a keen awareness of the latest result from other AI labs. This will feed into how you design and implement techniques and run experiments across the spectrum of stag

1KOMMA5° At 1KOMMA5° , we pursue a clear vision: Living on wind and sunlight forever for free . To make this a reality, we are building the energy system of the future with Heartbeat AI. Want to be part of it? We bring together regional craftsmanship and scalable software: We don't think of solar, batteries, heat pumps, and e-mobility as isolated components, but control them as an intelligent, integrated overall system in our virtual power plant. Directly connected to the electricity market – in real time, fully automated. This way, energy is used when it is available from renewables and particularly cost-effective. By 2030, our goal is to transition 1.5 million households to renewable energies. Over 3,000 people are working towards this every day, at more than 80 locations worldwide, from Finland to Australia. Want to take responsibility and build solutions that truly matter? Apply now and help us shape the energy world of tomorrow. Learn about our Product & Tech team! Deine Position As part of one or two cross-functional mobile product teams, you will own the quality of our Flutter apps, and change how we approach testing. AI-driven QA is the differentiator in this role. Our QA team already uses AI for test generation, but we want to go much further. You will help invent this from scratch: autonomous exploration, smarter test orchestration, self-directed QA workflows, and QA systems that detect product risks before they reach users. This is not a "write test cases and file tickets" role. You co-own product quality end-to-end, tell engineering teams where the gaps are, and build the systems and practices that let us ship with confidence. Faster, not slower. You think about quality as something you design into the product and process, not a checklist you run before release. Our Stack Flutter & TypeScript Appium, BrowserStack Testmo for test case management GCP, GitHub Actions, Datadog AI-assisted development with Cursor and agentic coding workflows Linear, Notion, F
