About the Role We're an early-stage, Munich-based startup building an AI-powered digital assistant for B2B sales teams. Our product automates the administrative burden of sales work — from meeting preparation and real-time note-taking (without audio recording, fully GDPR-compliant) to CRM updates and follow-up management — so sales professionals can focus on what they do best: selling. Our engineering team is small and moving fast. We're building a true multi-platform product: a React Web App , an Electron Desktop Client , a Swift Mobile App , and two backend services. As an Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) , you'll work side-by-side with founding engineers from the very beginning — learning deeply, contributing meaningfully, and growing quickly as you take on increasing responsibility. Contribute to core features across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and backend services. Receive direct mentorship from senior technical leaders. What We're Looking For Required: Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React .
