Headquarters: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada URL: https://geoproapp.com The opportunity I'm looking for an experienced operator to take ownership of a portfolio of three established Shopify apps with a combined ARR of approximately $1.87M. The portfolio includes: Geo:Pro: Geolocation-based storefront personalization TrackiPal: PayPal tracking automation for Shopify merchants Easy Lockdown: Content and storefront access control Together, these are profitable, well-established products with engaged customer bases. They're not hypergrowth startups, but well-run businesses with clear opportunities to improve the product experience, strengthen operations and continue growing over time. As the portfolio has grown, it's reached the point where I need an experienced operator to lead the day-to-day, keep the business running smoothly and turn strategy into execution. The role is fully remote, async-friendly and suited to someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and building well-run businesses. What you'd own Team coordination and delivery: Run the day-to-day by coordinating the developer and tester through the full delivery cycle - from spec → build → ship → measure - keeping everyone aligned across time zones and hiring additional contractors as needed. Roadmap and prioritization: We'll set the roadmap together. I'll be closely involved at first, and over time this becomes increasingly your call. Turn Amplitude data, review themes and support signals into a prioritized backlog in Linear, and write clear tickets for the developer. Metrics and experimentation: Own the analytics story. Understand what moved, what didn't and what to try next. Design experiments and report on impact. Headquarters: Tampa, Florida URL: https://koast.ai Head of Product | Contract, 20 hrs/week to start, growing into full-time | Remote (US overlapping hours) | Reports to the CEO The short version Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one hub. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails. We are a small team shipping fast. The product is live, customers are paying, a Whop partnership just onboarded a wave of new users, and the Agent build is underway. What we do not have is one person who owns the product end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it actually landed. That is this role. It starts at 20 hours a week on contract. If you are the right person, it becomes the full-time product seat at Koast. What you will own Discovery that finds the real problem. You will sit in on enterprise sales calls and onboarding sessions, run discovery with agencies and media buying teams, and figure out what they are actually trying to get done versus what they say they want. Every feature request gets mapped to a job: launching smoother, getting their team in, getting tasks done, keeping users active and growing spend inside Koast. If it does not serve a job, it does not get built. Specs that engineering can execute without a meeting. We run a lean engineering team plus an AI-assisted dev pipeline. That only works when the ticket is unambiguous. You will write PRDs and Shortcut tickets that define the behavior, the edge cases, the data dependencies (Meta API limits, Hyros and Cometly attribution feeds, Whop account provisioning), and the acceptance criteria. If an engineer or an agent has to guess, the spec was not done. The queue, and what is missi

Job Description At Pencil, we are driving innovation in advertising technology through our state-of-the-art SaaS product, which harnesses Generative AI to redefine content creation. Our mission is to make AI the default in advertising without replacing creative people. To achieve this, we need to make sure that our technology isn’t just in the hands of big brands - we need to try to help small businesses and creative individuals too. We're looking for a Security & Trust Specialist to join Pencil at a pivotal moment of growth. This is a hands-on, technical role for someone with a background in desktop support, IT systems administration or a similar technical operations role who is now building a career in security. You'll own the day-to-day security operations that keep Pencil safe — endpoints, identity and access, cloud and SaaS security — and you're happy to lend a hand with practical IT and device issues where needed. You'll work directly with our Head of Security & Trust, who will support your growth into the audit, compliance and vendor-risk side of the role over time. Key responsibilities: Administer and secure endpoints (MDM/Intune, patching, encryption, device compliance), and be willing to pitch in on practical desktop support and device issues when the team needs a hand. Own day-to-day identity and access management — joiner/mover/leaver processes, least-privilege access and quarterly access reviews across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, GCP and other SaaS tools. Monitor security alerts and logs, escalate promptly, and help investigate and document security events (suspicious logins, compromised credentials, device loss, cloud misconfiguration). Support compliance evidence collection in Vanta for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, working alongside the Head of Security & Trust rather than owning audit strategy yourself. We are agencro, a CRO and direct-response agency for e-commerce brands: advertorials, landing pages, online shops and email for our clients - plus our own brands, where we also run paid ads ourselves. We work AI-first: AI produces the volume, a small team with real taste directs and finishes it. Small remote team, short paths, your work goes live fast. The ads for our own brands and the visuals on our client pages win or lose on creative: hooks, retention, clarity. Right now that sits with us. We want one person who owns moving image. This is not a "make it look nice" editing role. Every ad and every graphic you ship exists to convert. Tasks Edit performance video ads for our own brands: UGC ads, AI-generated creatives, VSL-style videos and testimonial cuts for Meta, TikTok and paid social - going into real spend. Build strong hooks: retention-focused edits, platform-native pacing, captions and variants of the first three seconds. Motion and conversion graphics for client projects: animated sections, GIFs and conversion visuals for advertorials, online shops, landing pages and email. Produce with AI as the engine: AI video and image tools (e.g. Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, Veo or similar) are your primary production line for footage, b-roll and variants. Finish with craft: you know when AI output is not good enough and you fix it - cut, timing, sound, brand-fit (Premiere/After Effects or equivalent). Requirements What winning looks like Your creatives perform in real campaigns. Hook Rate, CTR, CPA and watch time move because of your work. Fast turnaround and clean iteration cycles: brief in, first cut out, feedback, ship. Who we're NOT looking for Brand-awareness editors. Our ads and pages have to convert. AI sceptics. AI tools are the production engine here, not a gimmick. People who need a lot of hand-holding. You get a brief and an angle, then you own it. Slow perfectionists. We iterate in live campaigns. The Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. From Blend to Discover Weekly, we’re behind some of Spotify’s most-loved features. We built them by understanding the world of music and podcasts better than anyone else. Join us and you’ll keep millions of users listening by making great recommendations to each and every one of them. We are the Voice Production Team, the creative team behind Spotify’s AI voice experiences. We think about AI voices from a casting perspective — including voice type, age and gender — and from a performance perspective, recognizing that a voice may need to perform differently for DJ than it does for an audiobook recap. We bring expertise in voice casting, direction, recording and production, and work closely with Speak to set the quality bar for AI voice models across experiences including AI DJ, Generative AI Ads, Personalized Podcasts, Agent Voice Chat and more. As a Senior Product Quality Analyst, you’ll bring a dedicated evaluation perspective to the team. You’ll own how we define and measure AI voice quality, bringing together Voice Production’s creative bar, Speak’s technical bar and the wider industry bar. Your goal won’t simply be to determine whether Spotify has the “best” AI voice technology on the market. You’ll help us answer a more important question: is our technology the best at serving Spotify’s specific needs? What You'll Do Own the quality bar for Spotify’s AI voice models, defining what “good enough” means for different products, audiences, languages and use cases. Independently design evaluation rubrics and build an evaluation approach that measures qualities such as naturalness, tone, pacing, pronunciation, accent, audio quality and overall experience. Plan and carry out evaluation campaigns, turning qualitative and quantitative findings into clear recommendations for Voice Production, Speak and product teams. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Establish data-driven frameworks for channel optimization and ROI tracking across marketing programs. What We're Looking For Required 3–10 years of hands-on ML engineering or data science experience, with direct exposure to demand generation, lead scoring, or campaign optimization. Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks ( PyTorch and/or TensorFlow ) for building and shipping production-grade models. Proven experience building and deploying data pipelines for behavioral analytics, audience segmentation, targeting, and experimentation
