Valsoft CorporationRemote3w ago

Headquarters: Canada Description Lighthouse Software Group is an operating group of Valsoft Corporation, a global acquirer and operator of vertical market software businesses. Valsoft acquires and builds mission-critical software companies serving highly specialized industries and holds them for the long term. With 150+ companies and 4,000+ employees across 20+ countries, Valsoft’s decentralized model empowers businesses to operate independently while benefiting from operational best practices and long-term capital. Lighthouse is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and operating vertical market software companies globally. As we continue to grow, we are seeking driven individuals who want to join the team! About the Role We are looking for an AI-native full stack engineer to join one of the leading software companies within our portfolio. Our platform powers mission-critical workflows for organizations that depend on it every day, and we are actively expanding it through AI capabilities and entirely new software products. This role is designed for engineers early in their careers who want to build a lot, learn quickly, and take real ownership. You will work across both an established production platform and new AI-driven products. We are especially interested in people who see themselves as builders. The best candidates are curious, ambitious, and constantly experimenting with new tools. They build side projects, explore AI models, and look for opportunities to improve systems rather than waiting for instructions. You will work closely with a senior engineer who has built and scaled production systems and will provide direct mentorship as you grow. As the engineering team expands, there is also a clear leadership runway for someone who wants to take increasing ownership and eventually help lead the team. This is a profitable, stable company with real customers and real infrastructure. The company operates within Lighthouse Software Group, part of Valsoft, a global

Headquarters: Los Angeles, CA or Remote (United States) Stability AI is a community and mission-driven, open artificial intelligence company that cares deeply about real-world implications and applications. Our most considerable advances grow from our diversity in working across multiple teams and disciplines. We are unafraid to go against established norms and explore creativity. We are motivated to generate breakthrough ideas and convert them into tangible solutions. Our vibrant communities consist of experts, leaders, and partners across the globe who are developing cutting-edge open AI models for Image, Audio, Video, and 3D. As the Senior Product Engineer, Growth & Lifecycle Infrastructure , you will own the ground-up build of PLG growth and lifecycle infrastructure for our music and audio products — greenfield across web, desktop, plugin, and mobile. You'll choose the stack, design the event model, wire the integrations, and run the system. The output is a measurable, attributable funnel from anonymous visitor to paying customer to expanded account. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product lifecycle, and community-driven PLG — the systems, how they live inside the product, and how they drive real conversion. What you'll do… Select and own the stack for the Music & Audio vertical: CDP, product analytics, lifecycle/messaging, experimentation, warehouse, reverse-ETL, and entitlements — including writing defensible recommendations with cost model and tradeoffs Design event taxonomy with consistent schema and identity resolution across anonymous → free → paid → multi-device Build and attribute the full growth funnel across paid, organic, partner, and in-product virality Architect in-app PLG motion: viral loops, referral mechanics, upgrade prompts, and sharing hooks Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy: segmentation, behavioral triggers, and messaging cadences across activation, habit, and expansion Ship free-to-paid logic: trial mec

ClickHouseRemote1mo ago

Headquarters: Germany (remote) About ClickHouse Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and ARR that has grown over 250 percent year over year, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads. The company’s sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla. We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey! Join us in building the AI layer for Observability! ClickStack is the open-source observability platform we're building at ClickHouse — logs, metrics, traces, and session replays unified so engineers can find root causes quickly. The interesting work now is in the agent layer: systems that can investigate an incident at 2 AM, propose a root cause, and hand the on-call a concise summary by the time they've logged in. We're hiring an AI Product Engineer to build agentic capabilities on top of a petabyte-scale observability platform, with a focus on developer experience. If you've been building agents, designing skills, and wiring up MCP servers — and you've hit the limits of generic copilots for production work — we'd like to talk. What you'll do Build agents that investigate incidents. They surface anomalies, answer "why is production broken?", and use ClickStack as their substrate. Write skills, not just prompts. Build a library of reusable skills that captures how our team debugs, finds root causes, writes ClickHouse queries, and runs incident response, so agents pick up the right playbook instead of starting from scratch. Own the agent sta

SuperPlane

SuperPlaneRemote1mo ago

Headquarters: USA URL: https://superplane.com We are hiring a product engineer to join SuperPlane and own meaningful projects end to end. This is a remote role. We currently work across GMT+2 to GMT-3 and welcome candidates in that range. At SuperPlane, we don't split engineering into frontend and backend. Everyone is a well-rounded builder who moves across the stack, makes product and technical calls, asks for help when needed, and delivers features from start to finish. You might spend one day building an API endpoint or workflow engine improvement, and the next day polishing a React surface that users touch every day. We're looking for someone at a mid-level to senior level: you've shipped real products, you can work independently, and you're ready to grow fast in a high-trust, high-pace environment. You don't need to have done everything before, but you need to learn quickly and take ownership of what you build. What We Are Looking For You are genuinely full-stack. Your workflow is AI-driven and you know how to stay fast without getting sloppy. You have strong backend experience in a systems-oriented language. While we use Go, we don't expect you to be an expert already, just to ramp up fast. You have solid systems judgment. APIs, data models, reliability, and trade-offs matter to you. You're comfortable with TypeScript and React -- the modern frontend stack. You are comfortable with cloud-native tooling and modern software delivery. You want ownership, not a narrow lane. You want an early-stage company where the pace is high, the standards are high, and the upside is big. How To Apply We care more about proof of work than polished applications, and we want to see how you show up in open source. Before you apply, submit at least one pull request to superplanehq/superplane. It can be small and it does not need to be merged. When you apply, send your GitHub username and a link to your pull request. We verify both, and applications missing either field will not mov

LawnStarter

LawnStarter · 🇧🇷 BrazilRemote2mo ago

This is a remote role for candidates located in São Paulo , Brazil. LawnStarter LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services — operating across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform. About Engineering at LawnStarter We build in small, focused initiative teams: a Product Engineer working alongside a PM and a designer, supported by an Engineering Manager who helps you grow. You'll also work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering peers across initiatives in a shared codebase. The whole team owns whether the work moves its metric. AI coding agents are a force multiplier here — they give a small, senior team the leverage to ship more, faster, and at a higher bar for quality. We hire engineers who are wired for ownership and energized by shipping to a real marketplace with customers and pros on both sides. The Role You're the engineering anchor of an initiative — working as part of a tight team with your PM and designer, and alongside engineering peers on adjacent initiatives. You have a hand in the full lifecycle: shaping the problem, deciding the technical approach, directing AI agents to implement much of the code, shipping to production, and — with your team — owning the outcome. You're measured by impact, not by lines of code merged. When an agent can ship something safely, your job is to make sure it's done right and the metric moves. When the work calls for careful, hand-written code in a sensitive area, you write it yourself. What makes this role exciting: You ship end-to-end. From problem-framing through production to the post-launch metric review — you see the whole arc and own the result with your team. You work as a true product partner. You sit at the table with PM and design, bringing engineering judgment to product calls and product sense to engineering

What You'll Do You’ll identify open AI opportunities, build them from start to finish, and bring them to real users. As a Senior AI Product Engineer, you’ll work across our three product squads: You’ll single-handedly turn unaddressed topics into products, hand them off once they’re up and running, and serve as a sparring partner for the squad PMs on all AI-related topics. For us, “senior” refers to your approach to work, not your years of experience. You’ll report directly to Product Leadership. Your Responsibilities Independent AI projects (about half of your time) You’ll identify high-impact AI opportunities in our legal workflows - in areas where no specific squad is responsible Validation happens quickly: discussions with attorneys, Legal Ops, and insurers; prototypes built in days You’ll bring the winning solutions into production yourself: routing, chaining, summarization, and agent-based loops You’ll hand off mature features to the squad - complete with documentation, evaluations, and a handover plan Support for the squads (the other half) Feasibility, costs, model selection, risks: You’ll answer these questions before every AI feature is launched You support the teams in designing evaluations, golden datasets, and guardrails You review concepts before they go into the roadmap - including prompt injection and compliance risks (GDPR, Section 203 of the German Criminal Code) You advance AI best practices: prompt engineering standards, LLM observability, and agent-based coding workflows What you bring Must-have Multiple production-ready AI/LLM systems that you’ve shipped to real users and taken responsibility for - no prototypes Demonstrable product ownership: from a vague problem to a finished product Strong Python skills and a solid foundation in software engineering (Git, testing, CI/CD, code review) In-depth experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar - including an understanding of what’s happening under the hood Proficiency with LLM provider APIs: fu

Build AI-powered tools and automations that make our Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Engineering teams 10x faster and better. You'll build on top of our proprietary platform, Lyto.OS, and continuously develop it further together with our Tech Team. The team currently consists of an AI Engineer + a Software Developer + the CTO. Tasks You identify automation and AI opportunities across the entire company – in direct exchange with the teams, close to the real workflow instead of at the whiteboard. You build AI-powered workflows for Marketing & Creative: briefing generation, copy review, asset QA, and ad-performance summaries – along our trend-to-product cycle of under one week. You develop quality-assurance and anomaly-detection tooling for our proprietary platform, LYTO.OS. You ship lightweight internal agents that take over repetitive work – so people can focus on what truly needs them. You own internal operations automation end-to-end: reporting pipelines, approval flows, and cross-system data syncs across our 15 microservices. You scope, prioritize, build, ship, and iterate – with full ownership and a short path from idea to production. Requirements You're an excellent engineer who builds software that carries real load in production – clean, pragmatic, and free of bloat. You know our stack (PHP/Laravel & Python, Vue/React, MySQL, Docker, DigitalOcean) or pick it up effortlessly. You haven't just built LLM systems – you've run them in production, with everything that really entails: cost, latency, evals, edge cases, monitoring. Hands-on experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic Agent SDK, or multi-step AI agents in production. You extend AI tooling via MCPs and custom integrations against real data sources. Depth in LLM workflows: prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, RAG – and the judgment to choose the right tool for each problem. You think entrepreneurially and product-driven: you talk to users, question requirements, cut scope decisively, and

About the Role We’re looking for a product engineer who takes ownership of outcomes, not just assigned tasks. You’ll work across 4–5 products with different technology stacks, identify high-value problems, and carry solutions through design, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and operation. What You'll Do Understand our apps and the 0G stack well enough to improve the shared platform, not only one feature. About the Role This is a high-ownership product engineering role at a fast-growing, widely adopted open-source AI engineering platform — think the observability layer for the LLM era. The company is trusted by major enterprises and thousands of developers worldwide, with tens of millions of monthly SDK downloads. Product engineers here own the full lifecycle of a feature: from talking to users and writing the spec, through shipping the code, to writing the docs and the public changelog post. No handoffs — you see features through from user problem to production. Recent examples of features owned by a single engineer include a major agents release, a TypeScript SDK rewrite on OpenTelemetry, and a hosted MCP server for prompt management. That's the scope and ambition of this role. What You'll Do Own features end-to-end — user calls, spec writing, implementation, documentation, and public-facing changelog posts. No handoffs, full accountability. Work the full stack — React frontend, Next.js backend, ClickHouse analytics, and Python/TypeScript SDKs. You touch whatever the feature demands. Build in the open — write code that ships to the open-source community, respond to GitHub issues, review public PRs, and contribute to developer-facing documentation. Talk to users — participate in user interviews and translate feedback into product decisions and engineering solutions. Contribute to platform observability — work on tracing, monitoring, evaluation pipelines, prompt management, and cost/latency analytics. Maintain and distribute SDKs — help evolve and maintain client libraries used by a large developer community. What We're Looking For Must-haves (dealbreakers): 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade systems Located in the EU with the legal right to work in the EU — visa sponsorship is not available Able to travel to Berlin and be on-site approximately one week per month Required skills & experience: Ability to work EU timezone

We're expanding fast across New York, Europe, and Brazil - and we're just getting started. About the role We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Product Engineer to help build the next generation of Passionfroot. You’ll work across the full stack on both our core platform and Zest, our AI Campaign Manager for creator marketing. You’ll work closely with the founders, design, and customers to take important problems from early exploration to shipped product. We’re a team of six engineers, and staying small is deliberate. It means you
