Headquarters: Tampa, Florida URL: https://koast.ai Head of Product | Contract, 20 hrs/week to start, growing into full-time | Remote (US overlapping hours) | Reports to the CEO The short version Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one hub. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails. We are a small team shipping fast. The product is live, customers are paying, a Whop partnership just onboarded a wave of new users, and the Agent build is underway. What we do not have is one person who owns the product end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it actually landed. That is this role. It starts at 20 hours a week on contract. If you are the right person, it becomes the full-time product seat at Koast. What you will own Discovery that finds the real problem. You will sit in on enterprise sales calls and onboarding sessions, run discovery with agencies and media buying teams, and figure out what they are actually trying to get done versus what they say they want. Every feature request gets mapped to a job: launching smoother, getting their team in, getting tasks done, keeping users active and growing spend inside Koast. If it does not serve a job, it does not get built. Specs that engineering can execute without a meeting. We run a lean engineering team plus an AI-assisted dev pipeline. That only works when the ticket is unambiguous. You will write PRDs and Shortcut tickets that define the behavior, the edge cases, the data dependencies (Meta API limits, Hyros and Cometly attribution feeds, Whop account provisioning), and the acceptance criteria. If an engineer or an agent has to guess, the spec was not done. The queue, and what is missi

Payflows · JobRemote57y ago
About Payflows At Payflows, we build software that helps large companies manage and automate their payment workflows. It’s not the flashiest part of a business, but it’s one of the most critical: invoices, approvals, payments, and controls. When these things slow down, the whole company feels it. But our ambition goes further than just building a better workflow tool. We believe the future of finance operations is not faster clicking: it’s no clicking at all 🫳 🎤 Finance teams shouldn’t spend their days moving data from one screen to another. Software should do the operational work, and humans should focus on reviewing, approving, and making the decisions that matter. That’s the direction we’re building toward: an agent-driven finance platform , where intelligent agents handle the repetitive tasks, and users stay in control. We started in 2022 with a small team and a rough first version of the product. Three years later, we’re working with major companies across France, the UK, and the US while choosing to keep our team small and human-sized. We moved fast, shipped a lot, and not everything was built in a perfect way. But it helped us learn quickly, sign real customers, and prove that the problem we’re solving truly matters. In 2024, investors trusted us with a $25M Series A. That gives us the chance to keep growing while also strengthening our foundations and building the system that will power this agent-driven future. Today, we’re about 35 people from many different countries, and we’re looking for a few amazing humans to join the next chapter. 🤗 🚀 What you’ll actually do You’ll help build a product that real finance teams rely on every day. For us, engineering is not just about clean code, it’s about reliability, clarity, and trust, especially when money and automation are involved. In a typical week, you might: Design and implement new services for a product feature. Refactor an early service to make it more robust. Investigate a performance or production is

Checkmk GmbH · 🇩🇪 Munich, GermanyRemote57y ago
Your mission Are you a passionate Senior Software Developer (m/f/d), who wants every single one of your changes to make hundreds of engineering hours faster and more reliable? Are you tired of environments where CI is treated as an afterthought, a pile of scripts nobody owns, and where "the build is broken" is just accepted as normal? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our CI team at Checkmk and make a real difference! At Checkmk, the Build & Test Platform is not plumbing, it is a product with developers as its users. As our new Senior Developer (m/f/d) for our Build & Test Platform , your mission will be to design and build the Bazel-based build and test architecture that carries Checkmk's growth. We have ambitious and growing goals as a company, and that directly shapes our engineering environment. More developers, more tests, higher quality standards: the demands on our platform will keep increasing, year over year. Your job is to stay ahead of that curve, so that feedback stays fast, results stay trustworthy, and quality is caught before it reaches a customer. Here's what your journey with us will look like: Build architecture: Own and evolve our Bazel setup across several concurrently maintained product versions. Drive hermeticity, sane dependency boundaries, and toolchain management, and plan migrations that improve the architecture without blocking the developers who depend on it every day. Make it fast: Turn build and test times into something you measure and then attack. Remote caching and execution, cache hit rates and a good Pipeline architecture. Automation and developer experience: From build and release tooling to the diagnostics that let a developer understand a failure on their own. Collaboration: Work closely with the product teams who use the platform, with QA, and with the rest of CI. Understand how developers really work and turn their pain points into a technical roadmap. Your profile You thrive in high-performance build syst
