Roadmap and prioritization: We'll set the roadmap together. I'll be closely involved at first, and over time this becomes increasingly your call. Turn Amplitude data, review themes and support signals into a prioritized backlog in Linear, and write clear tickets for the developer. Metrics and experimentation: Own the analytics story. Understand what moved, what didn't and what to try next. Design experiments and report on impact. Headquarters: Remote @ Colombia About the role: The OfferUp Business team owns the platforms that power every business vertical on our marketplace; Storefronts, Auto Dealers, Services, Rentals, and Jobs. Our customers aren't casually browsing; they're running businesses on top of what we build, so every feature we ship has a direct, measurable impact on their livelihood and on OfferUp's revenue. We operate the full stack end-to-end: including microservices that handle some of the highest RPS and TPS in the company, and integrations with partners like Stripe and Shopify. We move fast, instrument everything, and treat experimentation as a first-class part of the workflow. We've barely scratched the surface of what these verticals can become, and the roadmap is wide open for someone who wants to help shape it. At many organizations, your role begins and ends with the code. On our team, we’re different. You own a feature from concept to fruition. Your responsibilities will include everything from writing well architected and thoroughly tested code, to rolling out the feature by analyzing metrics. You also get to take ownership beyond your technical area by working with cross-functional team members. As a Full Stack Software Engineer II on the Business team, you'll be a proven contributor who ships features end-to-end across the stack. From the React components our business customers interact with, to the Java services and data pipelines behind them. You'll take real ownership of the work you deliver, raise the quality of the code around you, and grow into a high-performing, reliable contributor on the team. Here’s more of what you will get to do: Design, build, and deploy new user experiences and backend services across our five business verticals, using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and Java Own features end-to-end: plan, design, develop, deploy, measure, and iterate Break down complex engineering problems into achievable tasks and deliver them within committed

Odin · 🇬🇧 London, United KingdomRemote57y ago

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in. Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors. Why we’re hiring We're post-PMF and revenue generating, launching in the US ahead of a Series A. Early enough that you'll shape how engineering works here, late enough that you're not gambling on whether the product works. You'll own significant parts of the product and ship the things customers feel most. It's a regulated platform moving money across multiple jurisdictions, so the work has to be right and it still has to be fast. We also want the bar to move while you're here. Senior engineers set the standard through the quality of what they ship, how they review, and the problems they choose to fix rather than work around. Alongside that, we're rethinking how we build with AI. We use the tools, but we know there's a step change available to teams who redesign their whole workflow around them rather than adding AI to how they already work. If you've already done that somewhere else, you'll have a lot of room here. What we're looking for You've built and run non-trivial production systems, and you've learned what works in which situations rather th

About Codat Codat is an advisory intelligence solution purpose-built for modern commercial banking. Through rich, specialized data, forward-looking insights, and integrated workflows, Codat empowers banking teams to deepen their relationships, grow their revenue, and simplify their day-to-day work. Founded in 2017 and backed by JPMorgan, PayPal, Amex, Plaid, and Shopify, Codat has successfully powered over 350,000 connections to business customers’ financial systems — and is trusted by industry leaders to turn scattered information into actionable, strategic advantages in real time, every time. The Role We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data and Insights team. You'll be hands-on every day, writing production code, building and maintaining data pipelines, and shipping features that turn raw data into intelligence our clients can act on. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from understanding the problem through to delivery, and you'll care as much about code quality and operational reliability as you do about getting things shipped. This is also a technical leadership role. As a senior member of the team, you'll set and lead the technical direction of our Insights platform. This is a visible position within engineering and across the wider business, so you'll explain your thinking clearly, share the reasoning behind it, and bring people with you. You'll do all of this while staying close to the code: it'll suit you if you want to keep building hands-on, rather than move into pure architecture or people management in the near term. What You'll Do Write production code every day, most likely in Python, building and maintaining the data pipelines that power our Insights products. Own the full lifecycle of your projects, from understanding the data domain through to pragmatic design, shipping, and keeping things running reliably in production. Set and lead the technical direction of the Insights platform, and communicate it openly across engi
