Headquarters: Remote URL: https://jobtable.com Remote (Eastern Time Zone hours), Full-time Jobtable builds software for contractors and trades businesses: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, general contractors. We're working toward being the standard software for more than 100,000 contractors across North America. Small team, fully remote, bootstrapped. This is a cold-calling role. You'll work leads we've already built through targeted lead generation, pre-qualified, not cold lists pulled from nowhere. The job, day one: book demos with the right contractors, the ones who actually convert into paying customers. That means qualifying calls properly instead of chasing volume for its own sake. Base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals, so your incentive lines up with quality from the start. What you need to be good at this You have to be a strong cold caller already. That's non-negotiable. You know how to read a contractor fast and adjust your energy to match theirs. You can handle an objection you've never heard before without freezing up. Trades guys will push back hard, talk over you, or hang up mid-sentence. Thin skin doesn't survive this job. You have to know how contractors actually work. You don't need hands-on trade experience, but you need real familiarity with the terminology and the daily grind, and a sense of what a plumber's or an electrician's business actually looks like day to day. Talk to these people like an outsider reading a script and they'll clock it immediately. You have to run a process without babysitting. That means a real follow-up cadence and clean CRM habits, tracked consistently without someone reminding you. You also need fluent spoken and written English, availability during Eastern Time Zone hours, a quiet space to work, reliable high-speed internet, and your own computer and headset. One hard requirement You need to actually use AI in how you work, daily, not as a talking point. A sales coach agent you built yourself, an AI

About Lemon.io Lemon.io is a profitable, growing talent marketplace that connects vetted senior engineers with companies that need them. We’ve been in business for 10 years, have 60 people across Ukraine, Europe, Canada, and the US, and process over $16M in annual GMV. We compress the traditional 2–5 week hiring timeline down to 24–48 hours through a curated, pre-vetted supply of developers. Hiring is still broken. Recruiters spend weeks building candidate pipelines on traditional platforms, burning energy on unqualified leads. We’re building the product that changes that. Giving recruiters qualified, vetted candidates within 24 hours without the grind. This is a pivotal moment: we’re transitioning from a services-driven marketplace to a technology-driven platform. We need an engineering leader who can drive that transformation. The Role You will own engineering at Lemon.io. You’ll lead a growing team of engineers, make critical architecture and prioritization decisions, and be directly accountable for the speed and quality of what we ship. This is not a management-layer role. You’ll be hands-on, deeply involved in product decisions, and working side by side with the founder. What You’ll Do: Own the technical roadmap and make sure every engineering effort maps directly to business impact. No features for features’ sake. Lead and grow an engineering team that ships fast, iterates constantly, and treats complexity as a cost. Tackle the hard, multi-layered problem: automated vetting, intelligent matching at scale, demand-side bottlenecks. And figure out where the real leverage is. Make hard prioritization calls. Decide what we build, what we skip, and what we kill. Work directly with the founder and product team to define what success looks like before writing a single line of code. Build the engineering culture: high ownership, high speed, low bureaucracy. Who You Are: Product-minded, business-first Obsessed with simplicity First principles thinker Fast. Bias toward a

Flower Labs GmbH · JobRemote57y ago

Do you want to push the boundaries of what frontier AI models can be? Join as one of the founding members of the Flower Frontier Model Team, a new group at Flower Labs charged with building category-defining models that blend the bleeding-edge in existing practices together with Flower’s pioneering decentralized learning methods . This is a fundamentally different direction than the one vanilla frontier labs are taking, one that not only eases the path to GPU scaling but also unlocks new data silos currently unable to be leveraged for frontier model training. We will ship models with superhuman capabilities in domains spanning science, health, finance, drug discovery, and more. This is an opportunity to help invent and build the training paradigms that will define the next decade of AI, and to work on technologies that others will study, emulate, and build upon. About the Role (Preference given to candidates with post-training expertise. But any talented individual with a track record of exceptional drive and determination are encouraged to apply regardless of prior experience.) As a founding ML Engineer in this new team, you will play a critical role in building SOTA LLMs and foundation models within a small, high-impact team composed of contributors that have a mix of both research and engineering backgrounds. This role combines fast-paced development with disciplined software engineering: you will help build a reliable, maintainable and scalable software stack and use this to produce world-leading models that are open-sourced and integrated into new Flower Lab products. You will design, implement and optimize core components across the full spectrum of stages relevant to frontier model building: data curation, evals, pre-training, post-training — everything is in scope as the team seeks to release its first series of models. Experience in these areas is obviously welcome, but a general expectation of problem solving, learning on the job and working collaborativel
