LawnStarter · 🇧🇷 BrazilRemote2mo ago
This is a remote role for candidates located in São Paulo , Brazil. LawnStarter LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services — operating across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform. About Engineering at LawnStarter We build in small, focused initiative teams: a Product Engineer working alongside a PM and a designer, supported by an Engineering Manager who helps you grow. You'll also work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering peers across initiatives in a shared codebase. The whole team owns whether the work moves its metric. AI coding agents are a force multiplier here — they give a small, senior team the leverage to ship more, faster, and at a higher bar for quality. We hire engineers who are wired for ownership and energized by shipping to a real marketplace with customers and pros on both sides. The Role You're the engineering anchor of an initiative — working as part of a tight team with your PM and designer, and alongside engineering peers on adjacent initiatives. You have a hand in the full lifecycle: shaping the problem, deciding the technical approach, directing AI agents to implement much of the code, shipping to production, and — with your team — owning the outcome. You're measured by impact, not by lines of code merged. When an agent can ship something safely, your job is to make sure it's done right and the metric moves. When the work calls for careful, hand-written code in a sensitive area, you write it yourself. What makes this role exciting: You ship end-to-end. From problem-framing through production to the post-launch metric review — you see the whole arc and own the result with your team. You work as a true product partner. You sit at the table with PM and design, bringing engineering judgment to product calls and product sense to engineering

Checkly · UTC-3 to UTC+3Remote57y ago
(Fully remote, async-first, DevTools SaaS, 40h/week, time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+3) The best developers don't wait for a customer to tell them something's broken. They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checkly's whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place. Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. Now we need a PM who wants to take that further, in a market being rewritten in real time. Here's the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. "Is my app healthy?" is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software. Nobody has really figured out what reliability means for this kind of software yet. That's the problem you'd own. What you'll do As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for empowering developers and designers to solve customer problems. You will work directly with our SVP Product Engineering Daniel . You will: Shape company and product strategy alongside our SVP of Product Engineering. It's a genuine partnership: you'll develop the vision for where Checkly goes next, decide where we play in the AI testing, monitoring, and observability landscape and where we don't, and turn that into a direction. You build the strategy with us, not execute someone else's. Shape Checkly's point of view on reliability in an AI-native world: how teams monitor AI-generated code, agent-dri

Heidi · 🇬🇧 London, United KingdomRemote57y ago
Who is Heidi? Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care. We exist to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human. In the last 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and supported over 73 million patient visits. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi across 116 countries and over 110 languages. Founded by clinicians, Heidi brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, working with a shared purpose: to strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare. Backed by nearly $100 million in total funding, Heidi is expanding across the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, MaineGeneral, and Monash Health, among others. We move quickly where it matters and stay grounded in what’s proven, shaping healthcare’s next era. Ready for the challenge? The Role The New Bets squad builds Heidi's next products. Scribe already powers millions of patient visits a week, and Evidence and Remote are scaling behind it. Your job, alongside the New Bets PM and Team, is to build what comes next. This is zero-to-one engineering with a distribution advantage most early products never get. Your v1s don't launch into silence, instead they go in front of clinicians who already open Heidi every day, and who will tell you within a week whether you have built something they need. The squad is small on purpose. You'll build the whole thing: the React front end, the Python services behind it, and the prompts, retrieval and eval harnesses that make an LLM feature safe enough to put in front of a clinician. When a bet needs an onboarding flow, a data migration or a quick internal dashboard, that's you too. There's no one else to hand it to, so you will own the build from PoC through to production.
