Headquarters: Tampa, Florida URL: https://koast.ai Head of Product | Contract, 20 hrs/week to start, growing into full-time | Remote (US overlapping hours) | Reports to the CEO The short version Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one hub. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails. We are a small team shipping fast. The product is live, customers are paying, a Whop partnership just onboarded a wave of new users, and the Agent build is underway. What we do not have is one person who owns the product end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it actually landed. That is this role. It starts at 20 hours a week on contract. If you are the right person, it becomes the full-time product seat at Koast. What you will own Discovery that finds the real problem. You will sit in on enterprise sales calls and onboarding sessions, run discovery with agencies and media buying teams, and figure out what they are actually trying to get done versus what they say they want. Every feature request gets mapped to a job: launching smoother, getting their team in, getting tasks done, keeping users active and growing spend inside Koast. If it does not serve a job, it does not get built. Specs that engineering can execute without a meeting. We run a lean engineering team plus an AI-assisted dev pipeline. That only works when the ticket is unambiguous. You will write PRDs and Shortcut tickets that define the behavior, the edge cases, the data dependencies (Meta API limits, Hyros and Cometly attribution feeds, Whop account provisioning), and the acceptance criteria. If an engineer or an agent has to guess, the spec was not done. The queue, and what is missi

You will judge answers on accuracy, relevance, clarity, conciseness, safety, localization, and how well they follow the user's instructions, then explain your reasoning in writing. What you will do Interpret conversational context and identify what the user really wanted Rate and rank responses against defined quality criteria Compare multiple answers and explain in writing why one wins Verify factual claims using approved research sources Flag tasks that cannot be reliably assessed rather than guessing What you bring: Strong critical thinking and sound judgment in ambiguous cases Solid research skills and attention to detail Excellent reading comprehension Self direction and the discipline to hit deadlines without supervision Good to know Independent contractor engagement for the length of the project. Headquarters: Summary We are looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of a delivery portfolio within a Manufacturing Engineering group that builds the data products the plant depends on. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on shipping and operating manufacturing data products in a validated production environment, while applying AI with sound judgment in a regulated context. General information This group builds manufacturing data products including real-time batch progression monitoring, process anomaly detection, and analytics that drive yield and throughput improvement. The team owns the data pipelines, cloud platform, environments, and delivery, and works closely with data science colleagues to define problems, provide data, and run the infrastructure required for production use. ClickHouseRemote1mo ago

Headquarters: Germany (remote) About ClickHouse Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and ARR that has grown over 250 percent year over year, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads. The company’s sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla. We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey! Join us in building the AI layer for Observability! ClickStack is the open-source observability platform we're building at ClickHouse — logs, metrics, traces, and session replays unified so engineers can find root causes quickly. The interesting work now is in the agent layer: systems that can investigate an incident at 2 AM, propose a root cause, and hand the on-call a concise summary by the time they've logged in. We're hiring an AI Product Engineer to build agentic capabilities on top of a petabyte-scale observability platform, with a focus on developer experience. If you've been building agents, designing skills, and wiring up MCP servers — and you've hit the limits of generic copilots for production work — we'd like to talk. What you'll do Build agents that investigate incidents. They surface anomalies, answer "why is production broken?", and use ClickStack as their substrate. Write skills, not just prompts. Build a library of reusable skills that captures how our team debugs, finds root causes, writes ClickHouse queries, and runs incident response, so agents pick up the right playbook instead of starting from scratch. agencro · LandauRemote57y ago

We are agencro, a CRO and direct-response agency for e-commerce brands: advertorials, landing pages, online shops and email for our clients - plus our own brands, where we also run paid ads ourselves. We work AI-first: AI produces the volume, a small team with real taste directs and finishes it. Small remote team, short paths, your work goes live fast. The ads for our own brands and the visuals on our client pages win or lose on creative: hooks, retention, clarity. Right now that sits with us. We want one person who owns moving image. This is not a "make it look nice" editing role. Every ad and every graphic you ship exists to convert. Tasks Edit performance video ads for our own brands: UGC ads, AI-generated creatives, VSL-style videos and testimonial cuts for Meta, TikTok and paid social - going into real spend. Build strong hooks: retention-focused edits, platform-native pacing, captions and variants of the first three seconds. Motion and conversion graphics for client projects: animated sections, GIFs and conversion visuals for advertorials, online shops, landing pages and email. Produce with AI as the engine: AI video and image tools (e.g. Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, Veo or similar) are your primary production line for footage, b-roll and variants. Finish with craft: you know when AI output is not good enough and you fix it - cut, timing, sound, brand-fit (Premiere/After Effects or equivalent). Requirements What winning looks like Your creatives perform in real campaigns. Hook Rate, CTR, CPA and watch time move because of your work. Fast turnaround and clean iteration cycles: brief in, first cut out, feedback, ship. Who we're NOT looking for Brand-awareness editors. Our ads and pages have to convert. AI sceptics. AI tools are the production engine here, not a gimmick. People who need a lot of hand-holding. You get a brief and an angle, then you own it. Slow perfectionists. We iterate in live campaigns.
