The Opportunity Join our engineering team as a Full Stack Engineer and help build the next generation of medical imaging platforms. You'll work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, developing secure, scalable systems that directly impact patient care and clinical workflows. You'll design and implement robust distributed systems that power our AI diagnostic tools—architecting services that handle sensitive medical data reliably, scale gracefully under load, and integrate seamlessly with hospital infrastructure. The increasing cost pressure in the German healthcare system poses a major challenge for hospitals: they must meet increasingly complex requirements to ensure that the services they provide are reimbursed fully and correctly. At the same time, more than 80 percent of German hospitals are already operating at a loss. With our AI solution, we already support numerous public, private and non-profit hospitals across Germany in automating and optimizing the entire process from treatment to payment. Our platform covers everything from automatically identifying the correct billing codes based on the patient record to improving documentation quality and managing lengths of stay.
