Headquarters: Tampa, Florida URL: https://koast.ai Head of Product | Contract, 20 hrs/week to start, growing into full-time | Remote (US overlapping hours) | Reports to the CEO The short version Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one hub. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails. We are a small team shipping fast. The product is live, customers are paying, a Whop partnership just onboarded a wave of new users, and the Agent build is underway. What we do not have is one person who owns the product end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it actually landed. That is this role. It starts at 20 hours a week on contract. If you are the right person, it becomes the full-time product seat at Koast. What you will own Discovery that finds the real problem. You will sit in on enterprise sales calls and onboarding sessions, run discovery with agencies and media buying teams, and figure out what they are actually trying to get done versus what they say they want. Every feature request gets mapped to a job: launching smoother, getting their team in, getting tasks done, keeping users active and growing spend inside Koast. If it does not serve a job, it does not get built. Specs that engineering can execute without a meeting. We run a lean engineering team plus an AI-assisted dev pipeline. That only works when the ticket is unambiguous. You will write PRDs and Shortcut tickets that define the behavior, the edge cases, the data dependencies (Meta API limits, Hyros and Cometly attribution feeds, Whop account provisioning), and the acceptance criteria. If an engineer or an agent has to guess, the spec was not done. The queue, and what is missi

Headquarters: Summary We are looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of a delivery portfolio within a Manufacturing Engineering group that builds the data products the plant depends on. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on shipping and operating manufacturing data products in a validated production environment, while applying AI with sound judgment in a regulated context. General information This group builds manufacturing data products including real-time batch progression monitoring, process anomaly detection, and analytics that drive yield and throughput improvement. The team owns the data pipelines, cloud platform, environments, and delivery, and works closely with data science colleagues to define problems, provide data, and run the infrastructure required for production use. The role leads a small, senior, multi-disciplinary team and carries accountability for what is shipped, when it is shipped, and how it performs in operation. The environment requires disciplined promotion from DEV to QA to PROD, with validation, change control, traceability, and documentation handled rigorously. Tasks and Deliverables - Own delivery of a portfolio of manufacturing data products from concept through validated production use. - Lead a small, senior, multi-disciplinary team of data engineers, warehouse engineers, and full-stack developers. - Solve technical issues that stall the team, including pipeline failures, warehouse performance and cost, data quality, integration with plant systems, and production incidents. - Supervise progression from DEV to QA to PROD, ensuring validation, change control, traceability, and documentation are properly met. - Partner with data science to frame solvable problems, provide well-understood data and environments, and assess whether models are fit for intended production use. - Evaluate and introduce AI-assisted approaches to development, testing, documentation, and monitoring, with clear judgment on regulated-context limitations.

Once you’ve leveled up on product knowledge, you’ll run onboarding sessions and client meetings covering issue resolution, best practices, and product adoption. You’ll also be hands-on with bug testing and reporting, feeding considered feedback to our product teams— always pushing to make our products better. We have a startup mindset. We experiment with new tools, iterate on processes, and move fast. Got a great idea? Pitch it. We’re not big on bureaucracy, only results. An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > Read up on our $100m Series C Learn more about our culture > Which team will you be joining? You'll join Infrastructure, the team that owns the platform every other Primer engineer builds and ships on. CI/CD, deployment, internal tooling, ephemeral environments: if it's how code gets from a laptop to production safely, it's ours. We operate the way the rest of Primer does. Remote-first, async, high autonomy, low bureaucracy. You build it, you own it, and that includes running it in production. You'll report to the Engineering Manager for Infrastructure & Data and work alongside a small group of senior infrastructure engineers. What makes this interesting right now is the human-AI development loop. Coding agents are changing how software gets built, and we want someone to own how that actually works at Primer rather than bolting it on. That part of the role is yours to define. What will you be doing? Own Primer's internal developer platform end to end: the CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows (canary, blue/green), self-service tooling and ephemeral environments that every engineer here depends on to ship. Build the human-AI development loop. This is the most open part of the role: the tooling and automation that let engineers work effectively alongside coding agents, and the patterns that make agent-driven workflows fast and safe at Primer. Treat developer productivity as a measurable system. Instrument it, find where delivery actually slows down, and ship the changes that fix it instead of guessing. Take real operational ownership. You'll join the Core Infrastruc
