About Waniwani Waniwani builds the infrastructure that distributes insurance and banking products through AI assistants. We raised an $8M seed led by Seedcamp and work with large European banks and insurers. Each enterprise deal has to be scoped, architected, and deployed into a regulated environment. This role owns the layer between a signed deal and a live deployment. The role Customer workshops, discovery, and requirements (35%). Run technical discovery and workshops with each client, and translate their needs into clear, buildable product requirements for our sales, ops, and engineering teams. Flag what we need to build to support a given setup, such as client self-hosting. Solution architecture and documentation (35%). Design the end-to-end MCP flow and integration architecture for each client, including hosted versus on-premise scenarios, and produce the technical documentation enterprise clients require (BPI France alone is roughly 50 docs). Procurement, security, and delivery oversight (30%). Use our existing compliance library (SOC 2 program, DPAs, prior questionnaire answers) to complete security questionnaires, handle security committees and data-residency questions, and drive procurement to completion. Oversee the MCP deployment itself, which our freelancer network implements. Across all three, you build the reusable kit that makes this repeatable: scoping templates, architecture patterns, and a procurement answer library. Objectives 90 days: own scoping and procurement response for active deals, with the reusable kit used on at least one live deal end to end. 6 months: run the full signed-to-live pipeline, including architecture decisions and procurement ownership, without founders in the critical path. 12 months: a repeatable delivery process with patterns reused across clients, and a case for the first hire under this role. Requirements You are technically credible: you read code, reason fluently about integrations and the MCP and agent stack, and can

About the Role Join a fast-growing AI developer tools company as a Pre-Sales Deployed Engineer based in London. You'll be the technical heartbeat of the sales process — partnering closely with an Account Executive to win enterprise deals by running hands-on technical pilots with customers' engineering teams. This is emphatically not a pure sales role or a pure engineering role: you need to be genuinely capable of both writing production-quality code and closing deals. The company has proven product-market fit with enterprise customers and is now in scaling mode — making this an exciting moment to join and shape how the go-to-market motion evolves across Europe. What You'll Do Partner with an Account Executive as the dedicated technical expert throughout the pre-sales cycle, from discovery through to deal close. Design and run 4-week technical pilots with prospective customers' developer teams, including kickoff calls, office hours, and live pair-programming sessions. Present the product's vision, benefits, and differentiators to audiences ranging from individual developers to C-suite executives. Deliver technical training, live demos, and enablement resources (documentation, guides, blogs, videos) that help developers understand and maximise the product's value. Create and maintain technical collateral tailored to enterprise customers. Relay critical customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing the roadmap. Travel to customer sites or industry events as needed to support engagements. What We're Looking For Required 1+ years of solutions or pre-sales engineering experience for a technical product (developer tools strongly preferred). Strong computer science fundamentals — CS degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong programming skills in at least one OOP language; comfortable pair-programming with customers to solve real problems in real time. Proven ability to deliver technical training, live demos, and customer-facing enablement

The Players Fund (TPF) is a venture platform working at the intersection of sport, culture, and technology. We partner with elite athletes, artists, sports organisations, and tier-one co-investors to build and back ambitious companies. We are hiring a Founders Technical Associate to work directly with one of the founders. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role focused on operations, systems building, and value creation across the platform. The best version of this role continuously automates and elevates itself into more strategic work over time. You will gain exposure across venture capital, sports partnerships (including organisations such as Juventus, Como 1907 and Aston Martin F1), and athlete/artist engagement — operating at the centre of how TPF functions. Tasks Founder Operations Manage inbox, calendar, communications and day-to-day administrative flow Coordinate investor updates and stakeholder communications Support execution across partnerships and strategic initiatives Systems & Automation Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows Build automations and internal systems to reduce friction Architect scalable processes across fund operations and partnerships Technical Builds Develop and manage workflows using tools such as Supabase, N8N and APIs Implement light coding solutions where needed Support internal data infrastructure and reporting systems Community & Platform Value Creation Create value for athletes, founders, investors and partners Support rightsholder programmes and portfolio companies Assist with events, partnership activations and ecosystem engagement This is a dynamic role. Who We Are Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible. We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals - supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than ten million patient visits per month are powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health. The Role As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical leader during the sales process - helping prospects understand what’s possible with Heidi, guiding integration feasibility, and ensuring a smooth transition into implementation. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to navigate high-stakes enterprise requirements, including EMR integrations, SSO, custom data workflows, and security architecture. You’ll bring technical credibility, customer empathy, and a strong sense of ownership to every deal. The deals that matter most rarely fit the playbook, and this role belongs to whoever runs toward that ambiguity and builds the path through it when no one can hand them one. What you’ll do Technical Discovery & Qualification: Lead deep technical discovery with enterprise and mid-market prospects to uncover integration, security, and compliance needs. Solution Design: Collaborate with product and engineering to design tailored solutions that meet customer requirements while aligning with Heidi’s platform roadmap. Product Demos & Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling demos and architecture walkthroughs to technical stakeholders includi
