Establish and maintain best practices for infrastructure automation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and release management. Implement a Community of Practices (CoP), evangelizing the best practices in different DevOps topics, such as deployment methods, branching strategies, etc. Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks, including infrastructure provisioning, release notes, configuration management, and deployment processes. Implement and ensure DevOps metrics are met. Implement strategy to reduce technical backlog. Ensure DevOps guidelines are up-to-date. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
