Mit Interlead bauen die #1 Plattform für Leads, Termine und Aufträge und machen die Kundengewinnung für unsere Partner damit einfacher, transparenter und planbarer. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir daher einen Head of IT (m/w/d) für unser IT Team, zu 100 % aus dem Home-Office (Deutschland) oder bei uns im Bremer Office! Das sind deine Aufgaben Du führst unser Tech-Team (aktuell 8 Personen aus Entwicklung, Daten und Infrastruktur) disziplinarisch und fachlich – inklusive 1:1s, Zielvereinbarungen, Weiterentwicklung und Recruiting neuer Teammitglieder. Du übernimmst das operative Tagesgeschäft des CTO: Priorisierung, Ressourcenplanung, Eskalationen und alle Entscheidungen, die heute noch an ihm hängen bleiben. Du verantwortest die Umsetzung unserer Roadmap über alle vier Bereiche hinweg – Product, Daten, Software und Infrastruktur – und sorgst dafür, dass zugesagte Termine gehalten werden. Du sorgst für planbare Lieferfähigkeit: Du etablierst klare Prozesse für Planung, Entwicklung, Testing und Release und machst den Fortschritt für alle Bereiche im Unternehmen sichtbar. Du baust eine belastbare Datenbasis auf: Du bringst unsere Kennzahlen zu Leads, Terminen und Aufträgen in eine Form, der Sales, Marketing und Geschäftsführung vertrauen können. Du verantwortest Stabilität, Security und Skalierbarkeit unserer Plattform – von Monitoring und Incident-Management über Backups und Zugriffsrechte bis zu DSGVO-Themen. Du bleibst technisch nah dran: Du bewertest Architekturentscheidungen, liest Code-Reviews mit und kannst im Zweifel selbst in den Code schauen – auch wenn du nicht mehr die Mehrheit deiner Zeit dort verbringst. Du steuerst technische Schulden aktiv: Du machst sie sichtbar, bewertest sie wirtschaftlich und verhandelst mit den Fachbereichen, wann wir sie abbauen.
