Headquarters: Tampa, Florida URL: https://koast.ai Head of Product | Contract, 20 hrs/week to start, growing into full-time | Remote (US overlapping hours) | Reports to the CEO The short version Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one hub. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails. We are a small team shipping fast. The product is live, customers are paying, a Whop partnership just onboarded a wave of new users, and the Agent build is underway. What we do not have is one person who owns the product end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, and whether it actually landed. That is this role. It starts at 20 hours a week on contract. If you are the right person, it becomes the full-time product seat at Koast. What you will own Discovery that finds the real problem. You will sit in on enterprise sales calls and onboarding sessions, run discovery with agencies and media buying teams, and figure out what they are actually trying to get done versus what they say they want. Every feature request gets mapped to a job: launching smoother, getting their team in, getting tasks done, keeping users active and growing spend inside Koast. If it does not serve a job, it does not get built. Specs that engineering can execute without a meeting. We run a lean engineering team plus an AI-assisted dev pipeline. That only works when the ticket is unambiguous. You will write PRDs and Shortcut tickets that define the behavior, the edge cases, the data dependencies (Meta API limits, Hyros and Cometly attribution feeds, Whop account provisioning), and the acceptance criteria. If an engineer or an agent has to guess, the spec was not done. The queue, and what is missi

We are agencro, a CRO and direct-response agency for e-commerce brands: advertorials, landing pages, online shops and email for our clients - plus our own brands, where we also run paid ads ourselves. We work AI-first: AI produces the volume, a small team with real taste directs and finishes it. Small remote team, short paths, your work goes live fast. The ads for our own brands and the visuals on our client pages win or lose on creative: hooks, retention, clarity. Right now that sits with us. We want one person who owns moving image. This is not a "make it look nice" editing role. Every ad and every graphic you ship exists to convert. Tasks Edit performance video ads for our own brands: UGC ads, AI-generated creatives, VSL-style videos and testimonial cuts for Meta, TikTok and paid social - going into real spend. Build strong hooks: retention-focused edits, platform-native pacing, captions and variants of the first three seconds. Motion and conversion graphics for client projects: animated sections, GIFs and conversion visuals for advertorials, online shops, landing pages and email. Produce with AI as the engine: AI video and image tools (e.g. Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, Veo or similar) are your primary production line for footage, b-roll and variants. Finish with craft: you know when AI output is not good enough and you fix it - cut, timing, sound, brand-fit (Premiere/After Effects or equivalent). Requirements What winning looks like Your creatives perform in real campaigns. Hook Rate, CTR, CPA and watch time move because of your work. Fast turnaround and clean iteration cycles: brief in, first cut out, feedback, ship. Who we're NOT looking for Brand-awareness editors. Our ads and pages have to convert. AI sceptics. AI tools are the production engine here, not a gimmick. People who need a lot of hand-holding. You get a brief and an angle, then you own it. Slow perfectionists. We iterate in live campaigns. Who we ARE looking for You understand direct-response video

The Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. From Blend to Discover Weekly, we’re behind some of Spotify’s most-loved features. We built them by understanding the world of music and podcasts better than anyone else. Join us and you’ll keep millions of users listening by making great recommendations to each and every one of them. We are the Voice Production Team, the creative team behind Spotify’s AI voice experiences. We think about AI voices from a casting perspective — including voice type, age and gender — and from a performance perspective, recognizing that a voice may need to perform differently for DJ than it does for an audiobook recap. We bring expertise in voice casting, direction, recording and production, and work closely with Speak to set the quality bar for AI voice models across experiences including AI DJ, Generative AI Ads, Personalized Podcasts, Agent Voice Chat and more. As a Senior Product Quality Analyst, you’ll bring a dedicated evaluation perspective to the team. You’ll own how we define and measure AI voice quality, bringing together Voice Production’s creative bar, Speak’s technical bar and the wider industry bar. Your goal won’t simply be to determine whether Spotify has the “best” AI voice technology on the market. You’ll help us answer a more important question: is our technology the best at serving Spotify’s specific needs? What You'll Do Own the quality bar for Spotify’s AI voice models, defining what “good enough” means for different products, audiences, languages and use cases. Independently design evaluation rubrics and build an evaluation approach that measures qualities such as naturalness, tone, pacing, pronunciation, accent, audio quality and overall experience. Plan and carry out evaluation campaigns, turning qualitative and quantitative findings into clear recommendations for Voice Production, Speak and product teams. Establish an ongoing evaluation rhythm, including whe

SKINBRO GmbH · 🇩🇪 Hamburg, GermanyRemote57y ago
