We work with the latest models and tools and choose the technologies we need to deliver the best results for our clients. There is no prescribed tech stack – we use the right tool for each challenge. This role goes well beyond traditional AI engineering. You will shape technical solutions from the initial idea through to production and work closely with senior decision-makers on both the client and management side. What you’ll do as part of our new FDE team: You own the architecture and technical delivery of the AI solution end to end – from strategy through to production. You build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations in real-world enterprise environments. Agentic coding tools are part of your daily workflow: you use them to build solutions, accelerate code reviews, and create deployment pipelines. You are involved from the very first idea, not just once the specification is finalized – giving you the opportunity to grow deeper into the strategic and commercial side of the business. You stay accountable through to the outcome: you do not hand off responsibility but drive the solution all the way through until it is live and delivering measurable impact.
