You won’t run a channel or own a campaign, you build the systems, agents and tools that let everyone else operate at a scale they couldn’t reach independently. This is one of the highest-leverage seats on the team. Reporting to the VP Growth Marketing this role is deliberately team-agnostic, sits across Growth Marketing and collaborates with the entire marketing team. You are the glue and the force-multiplier between them.</p> <p><br><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li><strong>Set the build roadmap. </strong>Work with VP Growth Marketing and other stakeholders to agree a quarterly roadmap of the highest-leverage builds. You’ll have a clear backlog and the air cover to say no to the rest.</li> <li><strong>Find and automate repetitive work. </strong>Find the repetitive tasks eating the team’s time and replace them with agents and automations.</li> <li><strong>Act as a force multiplier across the team. </strong>Build systems that increase the impact of high-leverage work. Examples include: multiply our ABX operations; use GWI’s MCP and API to generate personalised content at scale; Connect data sources and context to create a Growth Marketing OS that surfaces what’s working, what isn’t, and what we should do next.Find growth levers in the funnel and fix/scale.
