Deine Aufgaben We're looking for a Senior AI Consultant ready to take ownership of strategic AI engagements with our partner companies - from DAX corporations to leading “Mittelstand” businesses. You'll become the day-to-day face of delivery for your clients and the go-to owner for a focus topic internally, designing solutions for novel and ambiguous problems while coaching the people around you. You'll work closely with our (Technical) AI Consultants, AI Engineers, and adjacent teams such as Enablement & Change and Trustworthy AI. Your tasks will include: Own delivery end-to-end across scoping, planning, staffing, execution, and risk - orchestrating multi-workstream engagements and creating clarity for the team in ambiguous situations Drive the development and implementation of AI strategies, effective operating models, and high-value (agentic) AI use case portfolios for DAX and “Mittelstand” clients Navigate and align the full stakeholder landscape, facilitating resolution of conflicting agendas and delivering difficult messages diplomatically - building relationships where you're seen as a partner, not a ven
